The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-427, 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the petitioner assaulted the officials when they were discharging their official duty, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
