JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 The instant writ application has been filed for quashing the first information report of Ranitalab P. S. Case No. 140 of 2012 dated 13.11.2012 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 323, 504, 506, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State submitted that during the pendency of the case, the Investigating Officer has already submitted charge-sheet under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the concerned Court.

In view of the subsequent developments which took place during investigation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to seek appropriate

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.112 of 2015 (3) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 remedy in case on perusal of charge-sheet, the learned Magistrate would pass an adverse order against the petitioner. Leave is granted.
