.... .... Petitioner
Versus
1. Veer Kunwar Singh University , Ara.
2. The Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara
3. The Assistant Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara.
4. The Examination Controller, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. .... .... Respondents =========================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner :
Mr. Parwej Khan, Advocate For the University :
Mr. Rajesh Prasad Choudhary, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-08-2016 Writ application is dismissed for the simple reason that there is no mechanism for this Court to hold or declare whether the petitioner was present or absent in a particular paper in the L.L.B. Examination. If the records of the University show that the petitioner was absent, it has to be accepted prima facie in absence of any material to hold otherwise.
This Court also finds it strange that a serious student would wait for more than four years and approach a Court of Law for declaration of result instead of participating in the examination of the absent paper and complete her course well within time.
Writ has no merit. It is dismissed.
