Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the original petition along with attested affidavits and also remove all the defects pointed out by the Registry within two weeks from today.

Admittedly, the selection process was started in the year 2015 and final list was prepared on 10.08.2015, whereby one Saddam Husain was appointed on the post of Talim Markaj

Patna High Court CWJC No.9246 of 2020 dt.21-03-2022 2/2 Shiksha Swang Sevi. The petitioner has come before this Court alleging that the appointment of Saddam Husain was illegal. I have considered the submissions, admittedly the petitioner has also applied under the said selection process and he was not selected. He has not challenged the appointment given to Saddam Husain vide select list dated 10.08.2015 at the relevant time. On 19.09.2020, for the first time the petitioner has raised objection and thereafter filed another petition. Saddam Husain has also not been impleaded as a party to the proceeding. Considering the laches on the part of the petitioner and the averments made being totally vague with regard to the alleged illegal appointment and also considering that the concerned Saddam Husain has not been impleaded as a party to the proceeding, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of appointment given to Saddam Husain, way back in the year, 2015 after seven years.

The petition stands dismissed.
