JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2015 12-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 1(i) of the writ application with respect to the description of the admitted dues in course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.
Petitioner seeks direction for payment of his admitted dues of Rs. 1,77,340/- which includes the security money. It is submitted that the petitioner was given work order by the respondents for installation of electrical meters and he has completed the work in the year 2012 itself but the aforesaid
Patna High Court CWJC No.1439 of 2015 dt.12-02-2015 admitted dues have not been paid to him despite several representations having been made.
In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Lakhisarai (respondent no. 4) along with all the necessary documents etc. in support of his claim. On such representation having been filed by the petitioner, let the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Lakhisarai (respondent no. 4) take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing. In case he comes to the conclusion that the admitted dues are to be paid to the petitioner, that should be paid to him within a further period of two months. The decision taken by the respondent no. 4 should be immediately communicated to the petitioner.
