Petitioner is accused in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel fro the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.03.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19756 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Purnea in connection with Sadar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017.
