2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners being the mother-in-law and two aunts-in-law respectively of the deceased have been falsely implicated. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further stated that the husband and the father-in-law have since been acquitted by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara by judgment dated 20.02.2015 in Sessions Trial No. 264 of 2014.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
