Case no.22/12, corresponding to Sessions Trial no.268/2013, have prayed for quashing of an order dated 16.07.2013 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai. By the said order, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge has rejected the petition filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge of the petitioner. I have perused the impugned order. I do not find any ground to interfere with the matter. The petition stands dismissed.
