The trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed but no any witness has been produced by the prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai in connection with Ballia PS case No. 270/ 2013.
