This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the First Information Report, it is evident that the petitioner has been named, merely, on the basis of suspicion. From the case diary, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has not been able to point out any material collected, in course of investigation, pointing petitioner's involvement in commission of the offence. In the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
