2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 457 of 2023 arising out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 924 of 2022 registered under Sections 307, 353, 414/34 of the IPC & Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 56754 of 2023 which reads as follows:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 924 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43722 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, one criminal fired upon the police. The petitioner has been caught with one country made pistol and three live cartridges. The petitioner has eight criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner due to antecedents.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

5. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.

6. The District Judge, Hajipur at Vaishali will take action in this direction.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicate to the District Judge, Hajipur at Vaishali for its forthwith compliance.

4. No ground for review is made out.
