JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(10-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended on 11.05.2020 by the police and on search from his possession, one country made loaded pistol was recovered. He is in custody since 12.05.2020. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already remained in custody for nearly nine months with the only allegation of recovery of a country made pistol from his possession. He contends that there is no chance of conclusion of trial in near

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria, in Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2020.
