The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per the prosecution case, 86.625 litres of liquor was recovered from the tempo and four accused persons including the petitioner herein were taken into custody. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He is in custody since 11.7.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
