1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 323, 385, 452, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant alleges that the deceased who was the daughter of the petitioner were known to her son and was on friendly terms with him, but the petitioners always abused and tortured the deceased on account of misunderstanding of the relationship between the deceased and her son, further, the daughter of the petitioner committed suicide, thus alleges that the petitioner abated the suicide of their daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner No. 1 is a women and they have been has been implicated in the present case with an allegation that they abated the suicide of their own daughter.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the petitioners were in shock that their daughter committed suicide, it is also it is next submitted that from tenure of the allegation, it would manifest that the deceased and the son of the informant were in love and when he refused to marry, their daughter committed suicide and the present false case came to be instituted.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
