2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 126 of 2025/ Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No. 545 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons took away the victim with them and thereafter killed the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2020.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 5 years. He further submits that charges have been framed on 24.6.2025 but no witness has been examined till date.

6. Considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial and the Trial Judge is also directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner at the earliest by hearing the case on day to day basis.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali and Superintendent of Police, Vaishali through FAX for its compliance.
