Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P. S. case no. 78/2014 registered under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. Admittedly, no one sustained any fire arm injury and there is land dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4450 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Ganga Bridge P. S. case no. 78/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
