2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), (3) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The specific allegation of assaulting the informant on his head with an axe is against co-accused Biltun Yadav. So far as Petitioner No. 1 is concerned, there is an allegation of hitting the informant on his shoulder and Petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have assaulted the informant on his right thumb.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

Neelam Devi, who is the wife of Anil Yadav (father of coaccused Alok Kumar), lodged a case on the same day against the members of the informant's side with similar allegations. There is case and counter case.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-VII, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
