The petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 05/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 19635/2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew prayer for bail after remaining six months in custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 13.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

No.35324 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.
