2. Petitioner has challenged the constitution of Managing Committee of Sri Krishna Sanskrit Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Simra, Muzaffarpur constituted vide Memo No. 3956 dated 23.11.2018 (Annexure-B).

3. Learned counsel appearing for Sanskrit Shiksha Board submits that tenure of Managing Committee is of three years and since 23.11.2018, the tenure of the Committee has now expired in 2021 itself. Accordingly, this writ application has become infructuous.
