The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two accused persons on an apache motorcycle overtook the informant, started to abuse him and dispossessed him of his mobile phone, purse etc. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. Referring to the order of the learned Court below rejecting the application for bail of the petitioner it is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired in his own confessional statement made in Lalganj P.S. Case no. 332 of 2019 recorded by the police. No

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48014 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Inspite of being in custody in the instant case since 20.1.2021, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case specially the petitioner not having been put on T.I Parade inspite of being in custody for more than 1 year and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case no. 545 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
