The petitioner purchased a piece of land and thereafter approached the Circle Officer for measurement/demarcation thereof. This gave rise to case no. 55 of 2014-15 on the file of the Circle Officer.
Relying on Annexures 5 and 6 it has been submitted that the cost for measurement has also been deposited inasmuch as the Circle Officer directed the Amin to measure the land on 14.9.2014. Still the respondents have not acted thereon. A representation in this regard was filed before the respondent- Circle Officer which has not been considered. This has necessitated the petitioner to file the writ petition.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2908 of 2015 dt.20-02-2015 2 / 2 Having heard the parties, the writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent- Circle Officer, Begusarai to proceed as per law in measurement case no. 55 of 2014-15 and measure/demarcate the land of the petitioner as quickly as possible preferably within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
