The matter relates to transfer and posting.
Transfer is an incident of service. The Court normally does not interfere with the order of transfer unless the transfer is without jurisdiction or tainted with mala fide. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the respondents by filing representation to retain the petitioner in Paru Block on medical ground. Considering the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the pending representation filed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9586 of 2020(2) dt.21-06-2021 2/2 petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
