This is an application for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 376(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.193 of 2016.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the post mortem report does not support the manner of occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 6.4.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides. In view of the allegations as made in the F.I.R. itself, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
