1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned SC-24 for the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9210 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 vehemently for some times realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to avail his remedy of appeal before the competent authority.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. If any appeal is filed on behalf of the petitioner on or before 27.12.2024 and issue of limitation arises in that event the authority shall consider that petitioner was before this Court since 20.06.2024.
