JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order dated 26.02.2011 contained in Memo No. 105 dated 26.02.2011, passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.20108 of 2011 (5) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
