2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating a proceeding against the opposite party for contempt and to punish them for violating the order dated 31.08.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 24648 of 2019.

3. The show cause is on record.

4. Mr. Vivek Prasad has taken this Court to the order dated 01.10.2021 passed by the General Manager of the Company to show that the order of the Patna High Court has been complied and the petitioner has not only been granted 3rd ACP but approval has also been made for payment of salary for the period of suspension between 10.04.2001 to 24.03.2003.

5. The petitioner intends to agitate the matter before the appropriate Court if he still has some grievance.

6. Granting said liberty, the MJC No. 1647 of 2021 is disposed of.
