The petitioner is accused in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26,35 Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and one Nokia mobile from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in six other cases, but he is on bail in all cases. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
