1. By order dated 30.11.2021 this Court disposed the writ application bearing CWJC No. 5890 of 2020 directing the Circle Officer, Daniyawan Circle, Fatwah to consider the grievance of the petitioners in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order. A representation has been filed by the petitioners on 04.01.2022 before the Circle Officer, Daniyawan Circle, Fatwah complaining encroachment upon the public land. The Circle Officer, Daniyawan Circle, Fatwah who is present in person before this Court has disposed the representation and has initiated a fresh encroachment proceeding against the encroachers having Encroachment Case No. 02 / 2022-23.

2. Considering the fact that grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the Circle Officer, Daniyawan Circle, Fatwah in essence pursuant to the order of this Court, I do not find any reason to initiate contempt proceeding against the Circle Officer, Daniyawan Circle, Fatwah.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
