By way of the present appeal preferred under Section 14 (a) (2) of the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act 1989, the appellant has challenged the order dated 14.09.2020 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge -VI, Begusarai, in connection with POCSO Case No. 12 of 2020 arising out of Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 81/2020, whereby the prayer made on behalf of the appellant for grant of bail for the offences under Section 376

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2161 of 2020(2) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 06 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(w)/3(2-V) of SC/ST Act has been rejected. The minor victim girl is alleged to have been subjected to indecent act by the appellant.

Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant.

The prayer is rejected.
