Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the informant was married with Pankaj Mandal and due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and bed she was ultimately killed. Submission is of false implication and that against the petitioners who are mother-in-law and unmarried sister-in-law there is no specific allegation. The husband is in custody. The petitioners are living separately, as such, they deserve sympathetic

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3322 of 2015 (3) dt.14-05-2015 consideration, to which the learned APP opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above and considering that the petitioners are mother-in-law and unmarried sister-in-law and the husband is in custody, the petitioners above named, in case of their surrender or arrest within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Katihar in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
