Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons came variously armed on the door of the informant and on the order of co-accused Shankar Kumar, petitioner no. 3 Guddu Kumar @ Guddu Prasad assaulted with farsha, causing injury on the hand of the son of the informant. Petitioner no. 2 assaulted with iron rod to the brother of the informant Nawal Kishore Prasad, causing grievous injuries, thereafter all the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25090 of 2016 (2) dt.20-06-2016 accused persons assaulted the informant. When the wife of the informant came to rescue, then she was also being assaulted. Co-accused Mundrika Prasad snatched mangal sutra from the wife of the informant. Other accused persons took out a box containing jewellay and blanket. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are agnate of the informant and investigation has already concluded. Final Form has been submitted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
