Petitioner is accused in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2003 registered under Section 302 of the India Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is land dispute between the parties due to which quarrel took place. The charge has been framed and the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2014. He further submits that this Court on 07.03.2017 has called for a report from the learned court below with regard to stage of trial. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
