After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer-Cum-Licensing Authoirty, Uda Kishunganj under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, whereby the petitioner's licence to run a PDS shop has been cancelled.
