This is an application for bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S.Case No. 669 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and allegation as per FIR is that informant and others have deposed money in a scheme floated by co-accused persons and during investigation his name has come after two years and at best allegation against the petitioner that he conspired along with co-accused and he is in custody for two months.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18154 of 2017 (2) dt.21-04-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months. If trial is not concluded within the said period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
