JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 141, 145, 146, 147 and 153 of the Railway Act.

It is alleged that four persons after pulling the chain of the train, stopped the train when suspected chain pullers were chased and identified but they escaped from the scene when the villagers started pelting the stones.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled and similarly identified accused Maheshwar Thakur has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 40818 of 2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.3413 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Narayanpur Anant RPF Case No. 761 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
