JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected by an order, dated 26.05.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23107 of 2016, in view of an observation that if no substantial progress was there in the trial, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.

Pursuant to order of this Court, dated 18.01.2017, a report from the learned Court below has been received from which it appears that substantial number of prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial has progressed. In that view of the matter, I do not find it to be a fit case for release of the petitioner on bail at this stage. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
