The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 416/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence son of informant had gone with petitioner on motorcycle to attend Baraat. At about 2:00 A.M. at night informant got information that his son has sustained injury and he is lying at Konhwa More. The informant brought his son at P.H.C., Gopalganj, but during course of treatment his son died. The informant raised suspicion against this petitioner in the aforesaid occurrence.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 416/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
