The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave iron rod blow on the head of the informant and according to injury report of the informant, the informant sustained grievous injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I do not think it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Brijesh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3946 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 Mani Tripathi, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad /concerned court stands rejected.

However, if, the petitioner surrenders in the court below and seeks regular bail, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the learned court below at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
