Petitioner is accused in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2016 registered under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the stolen motorcycle in which the alleged 5 kg. of ganja was recovered. Further submission is that charge has already been framed in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
