Ms. Renuka Ratnakar (App 125) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. The S.H.O. and the Investigating Officer of the case in compliance of the order dated 24.09.2025 are present before this Court and the S.H.O. submits that the victim has been recovered

No.43175 of 2025(4) dt.08-10-2025 2/3 and her statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S. has been recorded wherein she has disclosed her age as 17 years and has supported the case of the prosecution and has stated that the petitioners made her smell something on account of which she became unconscious and thereafter when she regained her consciousness, she found herself in Kumbh where Satyam was present who disclosed that he has purchased her and thereafter took her to Jammu but did not establish physical relation. Later, she managed to contact her family members. Thereafter it is stated that family members of Satyam called Satyam and Satyam brought her back home.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicatedin the insant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioners along with victim and Satyam were working in a brick klin and informant was in love with Satyam and she eloped with him. It is next submitted that no doubt in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., the victim has supported the case of the prosecution but then, it appears that the same was recorded under parental pressure. It is next submitted that from perusal of the statement of the victim girl, it would manifest that she does not allege that Satyam exploited her physically which amply demonstrates that she intends to save Satyam. It is also submitted that petitioners are not related to Satyam, as such, there was no occasion for them to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43175 of 2025(4) dt.08-10-2025 3/3 commit the occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove their innocence.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.
