JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 The petitioners pray for quashing of the order dated 11.9.2014, passed by the learned Sessions judge, Patna in ABP No.2276 of 2013, by which the prayer to extend the period for furnishing bail bond in anticipatory bail, earlier granted in Complaint case no. 377C/2012 has been rejected. In view of explanation tendered by the petitioners, the period for filing of bail bond is extended by further three weeks with the condition that the petitioners would deposit a sum of Rs.500/- with the District Legal Aid Committee. The petition stands disposed of.
