ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
