JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The deceased was married with the petitioner on 19.4.2016 and within two months of the marriage i.e. on 20.6.2016, the deceased was done to death in her sasural.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that there is no any material in the case diary to show that the deceased was suffering from any ailment or the petitioner was not present on the date of occurrence.

In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4587 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. The court below will expedite the trial.
