Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1569 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 379, 504, 506 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 and joint agreement has been arrived at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35449 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 between the parties before the learned Mediator on 23.08.2019 and now the parties have started living as husband and wife peacefully.

Perused the Mediation report dated 23.08.2019 along with agreement between the parties and from perusal of the same, it appears that parties have compromised their dispute, accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of surrender by him, he shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna, subject to the condition as mentioned under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
