The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Prosecution Report No.27 of 2016/N.D.P.S. Case No.29 of 2016 registered under Section 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. The accusation is of recovery of 700 grams Ganja from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 19.05.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
