Petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.31 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 414 Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police got information that some criminals are planning to commit crime. The police arrived at the place of occurrence and arrested eight persons and four persons managed to run away. This petitioner was also arrested. It is mentioned in the written report that one mobile phone was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mobile phones belongs to the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.31 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
