The Petitioner seeks bail in Beur P.S. Case No.270 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that 114 bottles of foreign liquor each of 750 ml. was recovered from the scooty parked in a Gali near Harishchanda market. The owner of the scooty fled away. It has been submitted that he has been made accused in this case by the police on the basis that he is the owner of the Scooty. It has been submitted that he is in custody since 22.11.2016. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S.
