The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two accused persons on a motorcycle snatched the bag of the informant containing Rs. 1 lac which he had withdrawn from the Bank, and escaped. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation on the self confessional statement of the petitioners. Inspite of being in custody since 16.3.2021, they have not been put on T.I. parade and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. No incriminating

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48923 of 2021(3) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 article has been recovered from their possession. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioners having remained in custody for 1 year, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 52 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Vaishali at Hajipur.
