The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 22.3.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Case no.45 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.
