The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of his request for choice posting as petitioner will be retire within two months. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has already returned back to the original school and respondent shall not interfere with the posting at the present place.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19872 of 2018(3) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to disturb the petitioner by transfer and posting in any other school as he is going to retire in August, 2019.
